Introduction

LZZT Combined bushing type three phase current instrument transformer is suitable for current measurement and protection of distribution equipment in 35kV or 10kV AC. power system. The combined bushing type current transformer is fit for be installed at the three-phase bushings of the ring switchgears and the switches on the wire poles, It is used to the measurement and protection of the three-phase current and the zero sequence current for the three-phase bushings and the zero sequence current for the loops of the several cables.

It is widely used in compact fully insulated ring network switchgears such as ABB-Safe Ring/Safe Plus...and cable distribution boxes. The current transformer can be directly installed at the inlet andoutlet cables.The slice is imported silicon material. Thesemicircular ring core and secondary windings arevacuum poured by insulated resin.

New magnetic material amorphous alloy or permalloy is taken to be the core of the current transformer, which has high magnetic permeability, low saturation induction density and good stability. Therefore, the measuring accuracy is higher and the instrument security factor in lower. Since the high quality silicon steel sheet metal processed by advanced technology is taken to be the core of the protection windings, the accuracy limit factor will be higher.

The circular ring core and secondary windings are poured by high quality epoxies resin or polyurethane or silicon rubber in the fire retardant plastic casing, which has the characteristic of moisture proof, stable performance and dispensing with maintenance. The cable can cross the current transformer through its internal poles quickly and uniformly.

The current transformers can be divided several kinds according to the various current ratio, accuracy and rated loads. The specific parameters are showed in the corresponding parameter tables of every type.
